Daniel F Butters and Ian Brown were appointed Joint Administrators of Magellan Residential Limited and Magellan Residential (Denholme) Limited on 4 November 2008. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the company and shall incur no personal liability under or in connection with any contracts, nor any liability which would rank as an expense of the Administration. The Joint Administrators do not personally adopt the terms and conditions attaching to any existing contracts/agreements.
